Is your question missing? Write to us – we answer without an enquiry, too.
I don't have texts or images yet. Is that a problem?
No. In the form you simply tell us what already exists. If texts are missing we suggest some; if photos are missing we work with illustrations or stock images. Your own pictures can be added at any time.
What does open source mean for me?
The building blocks of your website are freely available software. For you that means no licence fees and no dependence on a single vendor. Your content and your domain stay yours.
You work with AI. What does that mean for my project?
AI takes on the legwork: first drafts, text suggestions, recurring building blocks. That saves time and therefore money. People decide and review everything, and you see every draft before it goes live.
Can I change content myself later on?
Yes. On request you get access to the content system and look after texts, images and pages yourself. For bigger changes you describe your wish in your project area, we estimate the effort – and you decide.
How long does it take?
That depends on the scope: a one-pager is finished faster than a site with a members' area. In the form you tell us how quickly you need it; we name a timeframe in the offer.
Who looks after hosting and updates?
We do, if you want us to – including updates and backups. You can also host it yourself. In that case we tell you openly beforehand what will not be possible, for example visitor statistics in your project area.
How do you handle data protection?
Frugally. When we host, we measure visitor numbers with Plausible: no cookies and nothing passed on to ad networks. You can see what is measured in your own project area.
