Three websites you can click through

Screenshots say little about how a website feels. So here are three finished sites to try - with gallery, forms, event lists and everything that belongs to them.

All three businesses are invented: names, addresses, phone numbers and images do not exist. What is real is the technology, the structure and the way they work - and while the forms validate your input, they send nothing.

Trade business

Eichblatt Holzbau

A multi-page site for a joinery: services, a filtered project gallery, the workshop and an enquiry form.

Structure
Multiple pages
Five pages with their own navigation - for businesses with a lot to say.
Style
Clean & bold
Caps, hard edges, dark bands - gold as the only colour.

Colours

  • Workshop black
  • Oak gold
  • Paper white
  • Project gallery with filters and a lightbox
  • Enquiry form validated in the browser
  • Figures that count up as you scroll
  • Timeline of the company history

Church parish

Friedenskirche Auental

A multi-page site for a parish: services, groups, a photo gallery and a contact form for baptisms, weddings and pastoral care.

Structure
Multiple pages
Four pages - dates and groups need room, not scrolling.
Style
Editorial & narrative
Large serif type, fine rules, plenty of room for text.

Colours

  • Church green
  • Old gold
  • Sandstone
  • Event list filtered by type of service
  • The next service as the lead item
  • Contact form with a subject picker
  • Photo gallery of the parish rooms

Hospitality & retail

Blaustunde

A one-pager for a small shop: menu, roasts, gallery, opening hours and table booking on a single page.

Structure
One-pager
Everything on one page - the menu follows along and shows where you are.
Style
Friendly & soft, with serifs
Round shapes, pill buttons, waves instead of edges - and a serif face that adds warmth.

Colours

  • Forest green
  • Terracotta
  • Cream
  • Scroll-spy navigation (highlights the visible section)
  • Menu with switchable sections
  • Table booking with date and time
  • Marquee and rising steam

What to look for

What each of the three models contains

Everything works

Filters filter, lightboxes open, forms check required fields and report errors. The only thing that does not happen is sending.

One kit, three handwritings

The three sites share the same building blocks. What differs is colour, type, corner radius and content - exactly the choices you make in the Theme Builder.

Built accessible

Operable by keyboard, visible focus, meaningful labels and a calm version for everyone who has asked for less motion.

Which one fits you?

In the Theme Builder you put together in five steps how your website should look - structure, colours, style, content. At the end you get a quote, not an invoice.
